If you’re using Vonage, RingCentral, or another phone system, setup is as easy as forwarding your calls to your assigned CaseGen number. While we’re happy to make adjustments, we don’t recommend heavy early customization. Our default call flows are designed using best practices from thousands of real intake conversations, so you’re getting a battle-tested system right out of the box.
What sort of software integrations does CaseGen offer?
